Is No Rulz a charity (501c3), is a portion of my purchase tax deductible? 

No Rulz is a for profit business, not a charity.  We are a business with a mission to show the world that ALL individuals are capable of contributing and succeeding.

How should I wash my No Rulz apparel?

For the first wash, we recommend washing all No Rulz apparel separately in cold water and drying on low or hang drying.  After the first wash, apparel can be washed in cold water with similarly colored items.

What size are the socks?

All of our socks (except for the large sizes, see below) are sock size 9-11.  This a measurement of actual foot, not shoe size.  This represents a woman’s shoe size of 5-10 US and a man’s size of 3-9 US.  The large socks are sock size 10-13 equate to a woman’s shoe size of 7-13 US and a man’s size of 7-14 US.

Will the colors bleed/fade?

No, our tie dying process ensures the longevity of your item(s).  All items are washed and rinsed 3 times before packaging to ensure all extra dye is washed from the fabric.  As long as you follow our recommended washing instructions (1st wash separately, in cold water and dry on low heat), your colors will not bleed or fade! We ensure your 100% satisfaction, if you have any problem with your apparel, please email contact@norulzart.com and we’ll be happy to address any questions or issues you may have.

What type of dye do you use?

We use Fiber Reactive Procion type dye made in the USA.

What are the payment options?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) via Square as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the checkout steps, however, you may use your PayPal account if you have one.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

For online purchases are goal is to get you your apparel as fast as possible.  Depending on how far you live from Cleveland, OH, you can expect to receive your order in 1-2 weeks. (Please note: special orders can take 3-4 weeks or longer depending on colors, patterns, printing, and size of order)

What is your return/exchange policy?

DUE TO COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving the original purchase.  Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost (Please note: plastic hang tags on packaging are strong, please do not attempt to rip the apparel from the packaging. We recommend you cut plastic hang tags before use).  No Rulz is not responsible for shipping fees that should incur if a customer wants to return/exchange unwanted items.  For inquiries on returns please send an email to contact@norulzart.com

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States and around the world.   Within the continental United States, you can simply use the online store to make a purchase and receive your product(s).  International orders must be made through a special order, and the customer is responsible for all shipping and other fees associated with the purchase.  Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees necessary for customs clearance. This is out of our control and is decided by each individual country’s postal service. If you’re unsure about your country’s shipping policies, please check before placing an international order (we don’t want you to have any nasty surprises). We appreciate your business around the globe!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $20. For orders $20 or less, we charge what the post office charges us.  You will see the actual amount in the checkout process.
